We’re hiring a Systems Coordinator to help optimize, automate, and connect our digital tools to improve efficiency across departments. If you love organization, technology, and problem-solving, this role is for you. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate digital systems and databases (SeaTable, Zoho, Google Workspace) Support automation and workflow optimization Monitor data accuracy and process efficiency Provide staff support and training Collaborate on tech-driven projects and integrations Ideal Profile: Strong organizational and technical skills Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Apps Script, etc.) Proactive and detail-oriented mindset Fluency in English and French (Arabic a plus)

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and shape how we connect with learners and the wider community.
